 WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE

The school Principal should inform all parents that if they have to communicate a message they should text Colmcilles followed by their name and message 51444 (standard rate text)

 When this happens, the message immediately arrives in the school’s iWord back-office that the school secretary has open on her computer (the Principal/vice Principal could have it open as well monitoring messages) and each issue can be dealt with.

If a response is required, the mobile number and name of the person is beside their message and they can receive a call back (or text back from the iWord back-office)

 Apart from silencing the phone, by using this system the amount of time saved by the secretary will be huge as it cuts down on the time she would spend on the phone answering each call.
